Meeting Room & Hall Hire | Community Association for West Hampstead

MEETING ROOM IN COMMUNITY CENTRE WEST HAMPSTEAD (NW6)

Unique Venue Hire with a Heart: Supporting the West Hampstead Community.

Whether you are planning a team meeting, training session, workshop, presentation, AGM, community meeting, or networking event, our flexible hall and kitchen provide a welcoming and practical space in the heart of West Hampstead NW6.

The hall can be arranged in a variety of layouts to suit your event. Set up a large boardroom-style table for collaborative meetings and workshops, or arrange chairs in rows for presentations, talks, lectures, and training sessions. Whatever your requirements, we can help create a layout that works for your group.

Our bright hall combines a professional environment with the friendly atmosphere of a community venue. The room is suitable for organisations, charities, local groups, businesses, and residents who need a comfortable place to meet.

Popular uses include:

Team meetings and away days
Training courses and workshops
Presentations and seminars
Community and residents' meetings
Club and society gatherings
Networking events
Committee meetings and AGMs
Advice sessions and consultation events
Religious services and memorials

With capacity for up to 40 people, the space can accommodate anything from a small discussion group to a larger audience. We have the equipment you need including free wifi, tables and chairs, projector, speakers, tv, and screens.

Our kitchen can be used for preparing and serving tea, coffee and refreshments during meetings and training sessions.

And booking our venue supports our charitable work as 100% of venue hire fees are reinvested into our community programs.
