Have some fun with these upbeat dance-based exercise classes run by our popular teacher Maria. Suitable for all abilities and over 50s.

Our Zumba Gold class is a lower intensity Zumba Gold workout class, focusing on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance.

Before attending for the first time you must fill out the Dance for Fitness waiver form and send it to info@cawh.org.uk . The form is also available from the footer of this webpage. Unfortunately, Maria cannot accept you into her class without an approved form as it is required for insurance purposes.

COST

    £7 per class PAYG 
    £6 per class paid monthly in advance
    £3 concession (benefits only, talk to info@cawh.org.uk)
