Description

Have some fun with these upbeat dance-based exercise classes run by our popular teacher Maria. Suitable for all abilities and over 50s.

This Dance for Fitness class is a blend of Zumba Gold and Stretch & Tone floor exercises to produce a dynamic fitness programme aimed to improve balance, mobilise joints, strengthen muscles and bones, and increase confidence.

Before attending for the first time, you must fill in the Dance for Fitness waiver form (and give/send it to Maria only). The form is also available from the footer of this webpage. Unfortunately, Maria cannot accept you into her class without an approved form as is required for insurance purposes.

COST

£7 per class PAYG

£6 per class paid monthly in advance

£3 concession (benefits only, talk to info@cawh.org.uk)
